Effective October 1, 2026, every CDBG grantee must maintain a public, searchable database of the undeveloped land it owns (Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 §104(b)(7), 42 U.S.C. 5304(b), as added by Public Law 119-101). This page tracks who has one.
Coverage today: 3 of 1,047 entitlement cities assessed (we add jurisdictions as we scan county records — the universe is the FY2026 HUD CDBG formula allocation list). A blank is “not assessed yet,” never “non-compliant.”
